Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DL Collection. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 As all products are handmade and made to order. As a result all orders will be processed in 2-3  weeks.. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Due to Covid-19, please allow extra time for shipping when deciding to make an order as unfortunately, any shipping delays will be out of our control. 

For UK Orders, we typically use Parcelforce 48 hours (Ireland may be up to 5 days) 

For Oversea orders, we typically use DHL.
